Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 7/1/17

It’s been an amazing spring and early summer for Guntersville, fishing is really good it’s continuing into the summer months and you really can be just a novice and catch fish. There is just bunches of small fish, making some of the easy baits like Missile Bait “48” easy to fish and they are getting lots of bites.

There are many patterns catching fish right now; the more experienced fisherman is finding plenty of deep fish in the 16 to 25 ft. of water using SPRO crank bait Little Johns DD 70’s or Tight-Line football jigs and firing up big school of fish. There are many ways to do this right now Picasso bladed jigs, or deep swim baits are also working. Your experience and confidence can lead you to these patterns and catch fish.

Come fish with me no one will treat you better or work harder to see that you have great day fishing on Lake Guntersville. The summer time top water bite is always good and now is the time to fish it. Remember I have a summer time $50 discount just call book and trip and ask for my summer time discount and we will do the rest, you just need to fish between now and the end of August. I have days and guides available to fish with you!
