One lucky angler will receive a free YETI Cooler at every Alabama Bass Trail Tournament in 2014.

YETI_logoDecatur, Ala. – One of the best insulated coolers on the market will be up for grabs during the Alabama Bass Trail’s Tournament Series this year. YETI® Coolers has been named a presenting sponsor of the Alabama Bass Trail, and as part of the sponsorship, the company will host a random drawing for one lucky angler to receive a YETI® Roadie® Cooler.

Founded in 2006, YETI Coolers virtually created the market for premium coolers by designing a durable product with superior insulating properties for a variety of end markets and uses. The coolers are rotational-molded (the same process used to make whitewater kayaks) to ensure impact resistance and long-term durability. The full-frame ColdLockTM sealing gasket combined with thicker walls filled with premium insulation offers industry-leading ice retention. Other features include integrated T-latches that keep the lid securely closed, a full-length, self-stopping hinge; tie-down slots for solid mounting; and integrated padlock ports to make the cooler certified bear resistant. “When asked to be a presenting sponsor of the Alabama Bass Trail, I knew immediately it would be a perfect match for YETI Coolers,” said Kagan Griffin, outside account representative for YETI Coolers. “As an avid outdoor company, we are excited to be a sponsor of the Alabama Bass Trail. Many of our local dealers are strong believers in the Trail and we look forward to growing with them and the new tournament series. We wish all the anglers a successful journey and hope to be a part of their fishing experience.”

The Alabama Bass Trail Tournament Series, which gets underway February 1, 2014, is a 10 lake team-style tournament series that will be held on ten of the lakes of the Alabama Bass Trail with the championship tournament taking place on the 11th lake. During each tournament, there will be a random drawing where one angler will receive a complimentary YETI Roadie Cooler. In addition to the random drawing, YETI Coolers will supply two large coolers that will be filled with Mountain Dew for participants to enjoy during weigh-ins.

“YETI Coolers is an awesome addition to the Alabama Bass Trail,” said Kay Donaldson, program director for the Alabama Bass Trail. “These coolers are built stronger to last longer, just like our anglers. I look forward to having our anglers enjoy ice cold Mountain Dew from YETI Coolers during the weigh-ins at every tournament.”
